Inital sketches 

When deciding a logo and typeface I wanted to transform the slutty vegan logo into a direction far away from the original branding. I wanted to make slutty vegan a sleek, modern, and classic branding. The burger iconography created was a very minimalist approach to match the typeface Futura. Throughout the branding I stuck with one color and the values black and white.

Mid Fidelity

For research I decided to start my process by using adjectives of how I would describe my work for this project. I wrote down which colors I would use, I decided to use red and black to be consistent with the Slutty Vegan branding that already exists. For the theme and aesthetic I wanted a classic sans serif font that was sleek and modern, so I researched businesses and companies that had similar branding. The second stage of my research process was to use pinterest. I decided to research and pin modern restaurant designs that were similar to a direction that I wanted to use, to help as inspiration for my designing process.

Hi fidelity 

In the mid fidelity process I decided to finalize the colors and hues of red that I wanted to use. During the final stage of design I solidified typefaces for the logo design, business cards, and final mockups. I tightened the leading and the kerning of the text, and I checked for spelling errors.
